Side folding tabloid newspaper. 16 pp. Black and white photos throughout. Second issue of this underground newspaper started in 1968 by Jack Banning and others. Editorial style is a little more straight laced than many of the underground newspapers of the time. This issue with a look at how the Puerto Rican community was caught between lackluster leaders and the rise of the Black power movement; a secret history of nuclear accidents, etc. GOOD condition. Paper brittle, with some chipping and tearing along the fore edge. Moderate toning.
