Third issue (out of five total published) of this smallish magazine devoted to art, comix and mail art. While the title suggests it is all mail art, many of the pieces border on underground comix style, dada and other genres. The magazine was created by Tom Hosier, one of several he created in the 1970s. He attended college for art in the early 1970s, and many of his publications were devoted to giving voice to other underground artists. This issue with perhap a focus on photography, photo collage and the human body. GOOD condition. General toning. Minor soiling. Light rubbing and wear along the edges. Slight wrinkling to the front cover.
