It was edited by Stoney Burns and focused on counterculture, drugs, left wing and radical causes, as well as the Dallas street scene. Burns was subject to police harassment and raids, purportedly due to his investigations into a drunk driving accident by a Texas politician that was covered up by local police. This issue with several pieces on police brutality, including white police assaulting Black student protesters at TSU; news on local politics; the Vietnam War and actions against it, etc. GOOD condition. Top left corner nibbled off. General toning and some offsetting to the covers. Minor soiling. Minor wrinkling and creasing.
