This issue with a sketch of a house designed by Prairie Style architect Robert Closson Spencer, Jr., being the house for H.W. Kelsey in Wilmette, Illinois. Includes articles on design simplicity in bedroom furniture; a back yard garden, etc. FAIR condition. Covers almost completely torn along the hinges, very tenuously attached to each other and the text block. Moderate to heavy chipping and tearing along the edges. Toning and offsetting along the extremities. Minor soiling and staining.
