Paper covered boards with a paste down color illustration on the front cover and red cloth spine. 60 pp. Color illustrations present, all as called for. A children's book featuring Peter Rabbit, though not affiliated with Beatrix Potter. Because Warne did not copyright the Peter Rabbit tales, Altemus pirated the book, and created others with the Peter Rabbit character. GOOD condition. Minor soiling and toning to the covers. Heavy offsetting to the rear cover. Some scuffing along the edges. Spine faded. Owner's signature on the first and last endpaper. Minor toning to the text block.
