Law Students Against ROTC and Harvard Expansion. Why Law Students Say: Abolish ROTC.
Cambridge, MA: Law Students Against ROTC, presumed Publisher, 1969. Unbound. Good. Item #022002
no date, circa 1969. Three sheets, stapled at the top left corner. 8 ½ by 11 inches. Printed on single sides only. An essay examining and rebutting arguments put forth by Harvard in favor of the ROTC on campus, with the essay arguing, in part, that the ROTC is not an extracurricular activity, and that the abolishment of it on campus will not affect the ability of the US to fight the Vietnam War. The Harvard SDS sought to abolish the ROTC on campus. It appears that this essay was written by law students aligned with that cause. Adapted from "The Case for Abolishing ROTC." GOOD condition. Heavy toning, with the paper being rather brittle. Some offsetting along the edges. Minor chipping, tearing and loss along the extremities. Light creasing.
