No place or date, presumed Los Angeles, circa 1986. Single sheet, 8 ½ by 11 inches. Printed on both sides. A flyer promoting the play Mein Amerikaa by Matthew Weiss. One side features an array of photographs with the play title and Al's included. The other side features information on the play, including cast and director, as well a brief biographies of some of the performers and directors. The play was directed by American independent filmmaker, P. David Ebersole, and included Tyler Tyhurst and Jane Ray in its cast. The play was held at the noted Los Angeles venue, Al's Bar (or Al's National Theatre), a place known for being one of the longest running bars on the West Coast to feature punk bands. Marc Kreisel bought the venue from the original owner in 1979, and expanded it from just a bar to a venue to support artists. GOOD condition. Several horizontal and vertical fold creases present, with some wrinkling. Minor toning. Some fading to the text near the bottom right corner.
