An added color illustration laid in, signed in pencil, and titled "Lagoon at the Old Manse." A limited fine press work drawing from the writings of Ralph Waldo Emerson, accompanied by black and white watercolor washes, along with a few in color. GOOD condition. Uneven fading to the covers, with some faint brownish discoloration to the front and rear covers. Light edgewear. Minor rubbing.
