The magazine debuted in 1985, billing itself as a magazine covering rock and video. While still billing itself as for rock and video, almost all the content in this issue is devoted to hip hop artists and R and B. The editorial style is devoted to a younger audience, being a bit light on in depth content. This issue with pieces on Bobby Brown, Beastie Boys, Lisa Lisa and the Cult Jam, Janet Jackson, and others. Color pinups of Run DMC and Beastie Boys present. VERY GOOD condition. Minor fading, wrinkling and edgewear. A hint of toning along the edges. Minor toning to the paper in the interior.
