No publisher, place or date. Presumed published in Dallas, 1978. Single sheet, 8 ½ by 11 inches. A poster promoting a show by Kenny and the Kasuals at the noted Dallas club, Popsicle Toes, opened by Wayne Morgan in 1978. Kenny and the Kasuals originated as a garage rock band in 1964, before incorporating a style that prefigured the psychedelic rock movement. The band disbanded in 1967 when Kenny Daniel was drafted. The band reunited in the late 1970s, adopting a punk rock style and touring with Iggy Pop, Patti Smith and others. This flyer dates from their punk rock days. GOOD condition. Tack holes at all corners, with tearing at the upper corners. Minor general toning. Light wrinkling.
