A flyer advertising a rally in support of Black Panther Party members Bobby Seale and Ericka Huggins. Both were arrested and accused of participating in the murder of a fellow Black Panther Party member. After a trial and deadlocked jury, the judge dismissed the charges against both. This flyer discusses the trial of other members, the complicity of the state and federal government in seeking to undermine the Black Panther Party and other organizations, etc. GOOD condition. Paper a bit brittle, with several small chips, tears and loss along the top and right edge. General moderate toning. Minor wrinkling.
