Written using aliases for everyone, Walter was a perzine chronicling the author's infatuation/crush/love for "Walter." This third issue continues in that line, culminating in a meeting between the two. Appropriated 1950s/60s imagery adds a nice faux retro feel. VERY GOOD condition. Minor toning and wrinkling.
