5 ½ by 4 ¼ inches. A small piece advertising an "Activist hullabalou in celebration of the one year anniversary of ACT UP/LA. No date but presumed late 1980s. The show was held on Friday, December 16 at the Troupers Hall. ACT UP is an organization that was founded in New York in 1987, with the goal of helping those living with AIDS, through advocacy, medical treatment and research, direct action through protests and events, etc. The event featured a variety of performers, listed on the reverse. GOOD condition. Uneven toning and fading. Lower right corner creased.
