A history of the town of Exeter, New Hampshire, including a section of genealogical information relating to some Exeter families. With sections on Exeter as an independent republic, as part of Massachusetts and then New Hampshire. POOR condition. Cloth is presumably a library rebind of some sort. Ex-library with usual exterior and interior treatments, stamps, etc. Cloth faded and scuffed, with some soiling and edgewear. Covers DETACHED, along with the spine, from the text block, although intact with themselves. First and last several leaves DETACHED and laid in. Heavy chipping and loss along the extremities of the last few leaves. Minor toning to the text block. Reference copy only.
