Also present is an essay by Eleanor Roosevelt that discusses how people can save their farms or homes through the Emergency Farm Mortgage Act or the Federal Home Loan Bank Board. GOOD condition. General toning and minor foxing to the covers. Minor soiling, staining and edgewear, with a few small creases. Mailing label on the lower front cover. Moderate wrinkling to the magazine along the fore edge and lower corner. Several pages with dog ear creasing to their upper corners.
