Based on the writings of Frederick M. Pickering, this work provides a comprehensive history of the town of Newington, New Hampshire, from the first explorations in 1603, its settlement in 1630 and through the mid 20th century, when much of the town became part of an Air Force base (Pease). VERY GOOD jacket and book. General light fading to the covers, with some toning to the spine. Very minor soiling. Light wear along the extremities, with a few minor creases. Minor edgewear to the book.
