Light green-beige cloth in unclipped jacket. 184 pp. First 78 pages consist of a critical essay on the life and work of the artist, with the rest of the book consisting of color plates of paintings. Mikalojus Konstantinas Ciurlionis was a Lithuanian painter and composer, being known for his Symbolist, Art Nouveau and Fin de Siecle work, with his abstract works being some of the first in Europe. He also composed music and wrote poetry. VERY GOOD condition. Some fading and edgewear to the jacket. Light wear to the book. Large ownership signature in green felt marker on the title page.
