Indians At Work was a publication that was started to show the work of the Civilian Conservation Corps Indian Division. It was published from 1933 to 1945. This issue with pieces on foster care of Native American children in Michigan; Menominee Indian Mills; prehistoric methods of water conservation, etc. GOOD condition. Dampstaining along the edges of the front and rear cover, slightly affecting the interior. Minor to moderate soiling and toning, with offsetting along the edges. Staples rusted. Front and rear cover starting to detach from the rest of the book.
