no date, perhaps circa 1900. Whale pin attached to a medal/badge below. Issued by the Knights Templar, an organization associated with freemasonry. Whale has Sutton printed on it, with the medal bearing an armorial crest in white, black and red, with the words, "Sutton Commandery K.T., New Bedford Mass. Gold colored, measuring approximately 3 by 1 ½ inches (at its widest). VERY GOOD+ condition. Slight "tarnishing" to the face. Two dark areas on the reverse of the whale.
