A lengthy history of the town of Newcastle, New Hampshire, with some waxing poetic on the location, landscape and seascape. GOOD condition. Lacking wrappers and endpapers. Paper moderately toned. Minor soiling. Small tear and crease at the lower fore edge of the title page. Binding staples rusted.
