Lacking any wrappers that may have been issued. 5 pp., plus a fold out illustration depicting two monuments that represented the ones proposed to be erected along the boundary line. A short piece outlining costs and proposals to mark the US-Mexican border. GOOD condition. General toning, with some offsetting along the extremities. Faint dampstain along the lower edge. Minor chipping and tearing along the extremities.
