Three folding illustrated plates present, although the last one is missing at least half. Single issue of this general interest magazine. This with a description of the County Lancashire, including a fold out map; an article on an improved mariner's compass, including a fold out illustration; words and music to Sweet Nan of the Vale; a description of the machine that supplies water at the French palace at Versailles, this with an illustrated plate that is missing half to two thirds. GOOD condition. Paper toned, foxed and a bit stained throughout. Remains of original binding along the spine. Paper toned. Aforementioned plate missing a large section.
