Side sewn wrappers. 46 pp. Small woodcut illustrations at the head of each month. 1845 Farmer's Almanac, containing the usual monthly information, and with some articles on agriculture, court proceedings, a map of New England depicting railroads, etc. GOOD condition. Moderate to heavy toning to the wrappers, with some soiling and staining. Heavy creasing to the corners. Rear cover with a 2 inch tear to the upper edge. Math problem worked out in faint blue ink on the front cover. Uneven heavy toning to the paper in the interior.
