Single issue of this magazine devoted to Black politics, news and culture with this month devoted to Black theater. This includes a one act play, "A Son, Come Home," by Ed Bullins, a key figure in the Black Arts Movement and Minister of Culture in the Black Panther Party; "Is there a Conspiracy Against Black Playwrights;" "Black Theater in America," an informal survey, etc. GOOD condition. Uneven fading and scuffing to the covers, with some wrinkling and creasing. Minor soiling and toning. Extremities scuffed. Upper 1 ½ inches of the spine torn off and missing, slightly affecting the upper rear cover. Paper toned in the interior.
