The report is heavy on charts, graphs and statistics, and looks at programs and initiatives undertaken by the US Army to promote equality for both BIPOC members and women members. GOOD condition. Three hole punches along the spine, presumably as issued. Light fading. Some curling along the spine. Small area of tearing to the lower center front cover.
