no date, circa 1976/77. Single sheet, 8 ½ by 11 inches. Printed on a single side, with a large photo on the left side of the page. A leaflet announcing a rally in support of striking miners at the Blue Diamond Coal Company in Kentucky. The miners struck after the mine owners' refused to recognize the union which the workers joined, and lasted for two years, with the miners eventually being unsuccessful in achieving their goals. VERY GOOD condition. Minor toning/offsetting along the bottom edge. Light wrinkling.
