Jet was noted for its documentation of the Civil Rights movement and the murder of Emmett Till. This issue with an article looking at how presidential candidates fight for Black support; an article on the assassinations of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and John F. Kennedy, drawing parallels between the two and urging investigation. Politics, sports and fashion also included. GOOD condition. Mailing label on the front cover. General toning, minor soiling, scuffing and wrinkling. Some scuffing, creasing and curling along the extremities. Upper corner of the rear cover missing.
