No wrappers. 2 pp. A short piece relating to claims by the widow and heirs of David Corderoy, "the head of an Indian family," who assert he (and they) were entitled to a reservation based on various treaties. Corderoy was Cherokee and had a white wife. They were forcibly removed from Georgia around 1833-34, with Corderoy dying soon after. The committee found in favor of the claimants. GOOD condition. Minor toning. Some wear, chipping, loss and creasing along the spine edge.
