Short government document outlining the terms of opening land up for auction under the homesteading act, land previously owned by Native Americans of the Red Lake Reservation. Those members were to receive payouts as outlined in the document, and were to remove the dead and abandon any improvements on said land, relocating to a different area of Minnesota. GOOD condition. Heavy creasing and chipping along the spine edge. Some loss to the upper right corner. Minor toning, with staining along the very top edge.
