A menu for the Café Chambord, a New York City restaurant serving "French provincial cuisine par excellence," and owned by Roger Chauveron. Founded in 1936, Chauveron sold the restaurant in 1950. It closed in 1964. Interior touts that the restaurant was "scientifically air conditioned." GOOD condition. Some wrinkling, curling and creasing along the extremities. Minor toning.
