No Place: No publisher, 1831. Pamphlet. Good. Item #015524

No publisher, place or date. Presumed Washington, 1831. Single page, disbound, and printed on both sides. A short list of questions and answers asked by the Senate Committee on Indian Affairs in January of 1831. It appears the Senate is concerned with how Native American blankets and other cloth are brought into the United States, whether they are brought in illegally, and whether they were made in England. Steuart asserts the Native Americans bring the blankets into the US legally, and describes the various ports they are brought through. GOOD condition. Heavy chipping and tattering along the binding edge. Minor foxing and toning, with some creasing.

Price: $20.00
