Included are sections on Clara Barton, Margaret Breckenridge, Nellie Maria Taylor, Adaline Tyler, Frances Dana Gage, Josephine R. Griffin, Annie Etheridge and many others. FAIR condition. Ex-library with call numbers written on the spine, interior stamping, markings and pastedowns present. Rear outer hinge crudely reinforced with scotch tape. General fading and scuffing to the covers, with minor soiling. Heavy bumping, scuffing and fraying along the extremities. Cloth split along the rear hinge. Interior hinges cracked and beginning to separate. Owner's signature present. Scattered foxing in the interior.
