Second issue of this underground newspaper published by a (primarily student) collective in the community of Isla Vista, embracing radical, left wing and counterculture politics and ideas. Only eight issues were published. This issue covers a variety of topics: police and government attacks on the Black Panthers in New Orleans and Toledo; prison reform in California; statements from the Weather Underground regarding recent bombings and their use in achieving goals; "militant" action in support of public nudity; an obituary on Jimi Hendrix; a recipe for making hashish from marijuana; a back page photo and ode to Che Guevara, etc. GOOD condition. Moderate browning. Small dampstain along the center fore edge. Moderate chipping and tearing along the fore edge.
