Single stapled zine style piece on legal sized paper. 12 pp. A newspaper issued by GI's at the Fort Detrick Army Base in Frederick, Maryland, seeking to promote free speech and rights for service members, especially when speaking out against the Vietnam War. This issue with reports on censorship of the magazine, citizen concern over Fort Detrick and its role in US biological warfare, the escalating war in Laos, undercover US Army intelligence officers spying on US citizens, etc. FAIR condition. Leaf 5/6 cut in half lengthwise, resulting in half missing, affecting the editorial page and its reverse side. General toning to the first and last leaf. Minor soiling. Two horizontal fold creases present.
