This month with a fictional piece by William Dalton (unattributed) on a "wolf-boy" in China and his persecution/punishment by people in Beijing (Peking). According to the article the boy's name was Lyu-Payo or Herbert Richardson. Also included is an article on exercises for young women, asserting that throwing balls is a good way to stay fit.
