Photocopied zine, single staple at the upper left hand corner. 8 ½ by 11 inches. 16 pp., including covers. Poorly reproduced photos throughout. Jon Ginoli founded Hoopla in 1977, and went on to perform in a few punk rock acts, perhaps most notably Pansy Division a queercore band within the punk genre (see Wikipedia). Issue eight, devoted to music in general, but with several pieces on punk. This includes articles and reviews of Elvis Costello, Devo, Badfinger, Blondie, etc. GOOD condition. Vertical fold crease present. Handwritten address and postage stamp on the upper rear cover. Uneven minor browning. Minor soiling and wrinkling. Slight rusting to the staples.
