Hart refers often to slavery, taking a critical tone with the South and its manipulation of territories in an effort to perpetuate slavery. GOOD condition. Large faint dampstain affecting the left half of the piece. Moderate toning. Offsetting along the upper edge. Some soiling. Extremities chipped and torn, with associated creasing.
