Pamphlet, lacking any wraps that may have been issued. Apparently disbound from a larger work. 72 pp. A work considering legal issues raised in the settling of the estate and will of Sarah Zane, a member of the Quakers in Philadelphia. She left $1000 dollars to the town of Winchester to purchase a fire engine and hose, with her namesake fire company still in existence today. GOOD condition. Faint but moderate foxing to the covers. Minor soiling and wrinkling Roman numerals in ink at the top of the title page.
