The rear cover indicates that the 'Bureau wants to help all the unions in your city and state to know what they can accomplish through good Social Security laws.' The Workers Education Bureau of America was founded in 1921 with the purpose of assisting labor colleges and other centers in educating workers on labor education. It was integrated into the AFL in 1951. VERY GOOD condition. Minor toning.
