With a short speech by Adams responding in thanks. POOR condition. Rear wrapper missing. Piece is very tenuously holding together, with some pages loose, and the front cover barely attached to the rest. Horizontal and vertical fold creases present, with heavy creasing and wrinkling. Moderate to heavy dark scuffing and soiling, with some staining, including heavy ink stains to the front wrapper. . Chipping and tearing along the extremities, especially to the front wrap.
