A single issue of this newspaper consisting primarily of advertisements and promotional copy for musicians, instrument makers and music, mostly sheet music or books of music. This includes many small reproductions of musical scores (single pages). The last page contains a story by Pauline Colyar "Cely's Tin Wedding." written in African-American dialect and describing customs surrounding the tin wedding of African Americans. With some racial stereotypes. It appears this was reprinted from the Youth's Companion. GOOD condition. Moderate general browning. Large faint dampstain to the upper half of the paper. Minor staining and soiling.
