Devoted to the work of Henry George, an American economist and philosopher who expounded on a single tax theory regarding distribution of wealth. His work was influential in 19th century politics, earning him many adherents and admirers, even into the 20th century. GOOD condition. Name stamp and postage stamp on the rear cover, that of C. Le Baron Goeller. Heavy browning to the paper, which is rather brittle. Minor soiling and a large faint yellowish stain to the front page. Light edgewear.
