Named after a song by the Dictators, Young, Fast and Scientific was a fanzine issued by Todd Abramson, covering rock, punk, and new wave acts through interviews, reviews and opinion pieces. Abramson is perhaps better known for his work with the influential bar/club Maxwell's, in Hoboken, New Jersey, where he booked music acts throughout the 1980s and 90s. This issue features pieces on the Romantics, The Flamin' Groovies, The Modern Lovers by Bernard Kugel, etc. GOOD condition. Moderate to heavy browning and some foxing along the extremities and covers. Minor soiling.
