By Edward Young, an English poet of the late 17th and early to mid 18th centuries. GOOD condition. Front cover and first endpaper DETACHED from the binding. Leather scuffed, with uneven darkening and fading, as well as minor soiling and staining. Leather split along the entire length of the hinges, with some loss and peeling along the lower edge. Ownership signature and armorial bookplate present. Minor staining to the text. General toning to the paper.
