16 page pamphlet. Printed in blue ink. A monthly pamphlet with many items of theosophical interest. This issue contains an apparent excerpt from 'Defence of Madame Blavatsky'-II, discussing early troubles and dissent with the Theosophical Society; 'Fraternization in the Theosophical Youth Movement' -II; Trouble in the Parent United Lodge of Theosophists, etc. Henry Stokes, the editor of this journal worked for the Oriental Esoteric Library, starting O.E. Library Critic in 1911 to explore theosophy and theosophical teachings. Eventually Stokes became critical of Besant and Leadbeter in the Theosophical Society and sought to urge people to return to the original teachings of the group under Blavatsky's leadership (see Santucci H.N. Stokes and the O.E. . Library Critic). GOOD+ condition. Vertical crease present to the piece, with minor toning to the paper. Minor wrinkling along the extremities.
