Light blue/green printed wraps. 23 pp. plus a 4 page list of other publications available. Three photos present, plus a large fold out map attached to the rear wrapper. A report issued by the Department of Mines in Canada, providing primarily a geological description of the Northwestern region of Ontario, Canada between Lake Nipigon and Sturgeon Lake. This includes a section on the economic geology of the area, providing a brief history/synopsis of gold mining operations. With two photos of the St. Anthony Reef Gold Mine and camp. POOR/FAIR condition. Ex-historical society with a few blindstamps throughout, as well as some library shelf numbers in pencil. Both covers DETACHED but present, with the map attached to the rear cover. Heavy browning, chipping and tearing to the wrappers along the extremities, with some loss. Library notations to the front wrap. Minor soiling. Text block intact and solid, with some browning and minor scattered soiling.
