Printed wraps. 8 pp. A short report presenting the findings of Dr. C.E. Norton upon his study of 1000 students in the Lewiston, Maine school district (not including rural schools). He compares his results with the results from an 1882 test, finding the presence of various conditions and diseases in many students, including emmetropia, hypertropia, myopia, and astigmatism. Norton offers several solutions to reduce these problems, including better lighting, more exercise, etc. GOOD condition. Wrappers rather browned along the extremities. Some chipping and loss at the corners. Wrappers splitting along the hinge and almost detached. A few minor stains present.
