A single issue of this magazine, notably featuring an article 'About Flying-Machines,' by Tudor Jenks. This twelve page articles contains illustrations, as well as two photos of various flying machines, including hot air balloons or air ships, flying wings and two photos of an airplane type machine built by Hiram Maxim. This article discusses the history and evolution of man made aviation, from balloons to motorized machines, featuring conjecture on the future as well as discussion of the then current state of aviation. With an interesting illustration depicting air warfare as conceived by a German artist. With other articles, literature and poetry. GOOD condition. Minor staining along the spine near the staples. Minor soiling, toning and fading. Some creasing, chipping and minor tearing along the extremities and corners (heavy creases to some of the corners). Interior clean and solid with the last two pages of the article on aviation unopened.
