Red wraps with blue cloth backstrip. 89 pp. A rather opaque argument apparently in favor of bimetallism, using mythological and spiritual allegory to draw parallels between bimetallism and enlightened mankind. With references to America and its pro-Cuba stance and the potential to go to war against Spain. GOOD condition, ex-library. Several faint oval library stamps present, including to the front and rear covers. Dark library stamp to the upper front cover with a date in pencil No other treatments present. Uneven fading and darkening to the wraps. Chipping, minor tearing and some creasing along the extremities. Interior clean and solid.
