No music in this piece, perhaps as issued, as there is no evidence of removal. Front cover does mention six pages of principle airs. The libretto was written by Francesco Maria Piave and was based on the play 'Hernani' by Victor Hugo. GOOD+ condition. Moderate to heavy browning to the wraps. Minor soiling and a few small, faint stains. Minor creasing, curling and chipping along the extremities, with some splitting along the spines. Interior clean and solid with offsetting to the title page.
